Use of cookies

This site uses cookies – small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device to help the site provide a better user experience. In general, cookies are used to retain user preferences, store information for things like shopping carts, and provide anonymised tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics. As a rule, cookies will make your browsing experience better. However, you may prefer to disable cookies on this site and on others. The most effective way to do this is to disable cookies in your browser. We suggest consulting the Help section of your browser or taking a look at the About Cookies website which offers guidance for all modern browsers

Types of cookies

‘First-party cookies’ are technical cookies used by the website itself and that serve the purpose of optimising the website. We use them to, for example, keep track of your data from previous visits.

For example, language cookies allow us to remember your language selection so that we do not have to ask each time you visit which language you prefer.

‘Third-Party cookies’ are cookies that do not come from the website but from third parties, such as a marketing or advertising plugin present on the site. Examples include cookies from Facebook or Google Analytics. A visitor to the website must first consent to these cookies – there could be a bar at the bottom or top of the website that refers to this policy, but which does not prevent further access to the website. We use the following third-party cookies: Facebook, Google Analytics and Google Retargeting.
